2nd Line Support Engineer

Our client is seeking a pro-active and energetic 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. An individual who thrives in a challenging SME environment, interacting with internal & external clients & suppliers and being part of a dynamic Technical Services Team.
Specific Key Accountabilities
A development role within Technical Services. The successful candidate will be expected to progress whilst being given increased levels of scope and responsibility as their experience and knowledge develops via training & development.
The role is part of our Client's Service Desk function, providing support and client system changes through the Service Desk following ITIL standards. The position is responsible for dedicated client support, escalation support and troubleshooting.
