CNC Grinder

CNC Grinder required for an engineering company in Bradford. Reporting to the Machine Shop Manager, working in a busy Grinding Department, the CNC Grinder will be to program, set and operate Studer CNC cylindrical grinding machines.

The CNC Grinder role:

* The CNC Grinder will apply the full range of CNC knowledge and skills to operate machinery, program, set up and operate CNC Cylindrical Grinding machines

* Complete CNC processes by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications

* Produce components to manufacturing specifications;

* Check the size and accuracy of components produced during and at the end of manufacturing process

* Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:45 to 16:30 / Friday 07:45 to 12:45

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar CNC Grinding role

* Experience in a similar high precision environment using CNC cylindrical grinding machines
