Customer Service Advisor - Romanian Speaking
Our client based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire is looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors - Romanian Speaking. This is a full time permanent position.
The Role will work within the Customer Services Department, reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager. The main purpose of the role is to provide support within a busy Customer Services Team/department, being the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries. The primary focus is to provide customers with exemplary service at all times; a secondary focus is to resolve, communicate and/or escalate customer support issues in a timely and professional manner.
Main Duties:
* Receive, answer and effectively respond to all inbound customer calls, within a busy, multi-lingual contact centre in a professional, courteous and timely manner
* Handling/dealing with customer E-mail communications, to full resolution, ensuring complete accuracy and attention to detail
