Role: Estimator

Salary: £35-£45,000 (depending on levels of experience)

Location: Ilkley

Hours: Full-time, flexible working hours

A fantastic and progressive opportunity has arisen for an Estimator in Ilkley, working within a small, very busy team you will have previous estimating experience, ideally within the construction industry but this is not essential.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with cost planning, tendering, budget setting, and measuring/quantifying, be competent using Microsoft office, and ideally have experience within the construction/housing industry.

Opportunity/Candidate

* Assisting with cost planning, tendering, budget setting, and measuring/quantifying

* Providing logistics and design advice when required

* Work independently and managing workloads

* Previous Estimating experience

* Understand detailed construction drawings, and quantifying from these, is essential
