Executive Support Officer
Brief of the role
The post holder will provide high level Business support to Corporate contracts, working within the Strategic Contracts Team, which requires you to be flexible in your approach to changing deadlines and priorities.

* Developing processes/ reporting structures
* Answering manager/officer questions
* Strong organizational skills
* Must be able to complete administrative tasks in a quality and time-efficient manner
* You must be able to communicate processes and information to others, respond clearly to questions and requests
* You will have good customer service skills which include active listening, setting expectations and communication with stakeholders
* You will have responsibility to complete tasks on time and in a quality manner without much oversight to tight deadlines
