Key Purpose of Post:

To provide first point of HR customer service access and administrative support to HR Service Desk Officers ensuring that all employee forms are processed in an efficient and timeline manner and advise on HR transactional services and policy, procedure.

Undertake call responding under the guidance of HR Service Desk Officers.Take responsibility for ensuring that service level agreements are achieved and exceeded in respect of timeliness and quality of service.

Signpost customers to relevant advice, guidance and online training available on Bradnet that is designed to support customers in being able to answer their own questions appropriately.

Main Responsibilities of Post:

1. Ensure that all queries coming into the Service Front Door (Help Desk) are recorded in CRM software so that a call number can be provided to the person raising the query.Maintain electronic filing systems, information systems and retrieval and dissemination of information, as appropriate ...
