Our client are a highly successful Logistics and Transportation provider with outstanding infrastructure consisting of 4 locations, including the ability to offer very large-scale warehousing solutions. They provide a number of high-end solutions to their industry such as Contract Logistics. Due to their continued growth and success, they require a HR Manager who can manage and over-see the HR Team on site (office based).

Main purpose of the role:

The HR Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the HR team as well as having specific areas of responsibility in delivering the overall HR remit. This will include managing a team of HR Advisors and Administrators to support the ongoing success of the business. You will also be expected to work closely with the Head of HR to support strategic development of the function and the business.
