Advantage are currently recruiting for one of our fast-paced, Bradford based manufacturing clients, who are looking for Machine Operatives to join their team on a Temporary basis with a view of going Permanent for the right candidate. The main purpose of the role is to operate machines ensuring production targets are achieved. Previous machine operative experience is essential for this role.

This role will involve:

" Loading the machine
" Ensuring smooth flow of product through the machine
" Monitoring each stage of the machine to ensure no jams or quality issues
" Quality control/ inspection
" Packing from the end of the machine
" Weighing products
" Boxing
" Labelling
" Palletising
" Working to production targets
" Entering numerical information onto records and PC
" Working with high speed machinery

The ideal candidate:

" Previous experience of working on high speed machinery
" Must be able to work at speed
" Have the ability to multi task to keep the machine loaded and running
