We have fantastic opportunity for an experienced Onsite Account Manager to join our Implementation team.

Salary £23,000 - £27,000 plus bonus - OTE £26,000 - £30,000

Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm (flexible to cover on call alternative weeks and weekends)

Key responsibilities

* Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the client's team in order to meet business objectives

* Responsible for the management of temporary staff attending the clients site and liaising with managers at all levels

* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment and Health and Safety legislation

* Attends daily / weekly planning and staffing meetings, where applicable

* Monitoring staff performance, attendance and attrition levels

* Completing daily and weekly KPI reports

* Attend/manage staff testing on manual handling and health & safety
