Our established and growing client is looking for a HR Generalist to look after all things people and culture at it's site on the outskirts of the city centre.

You'll be a HR generalist with a passion for people and ideally have your CIPD Level 5 or be working towards.

This is a 12-17 month contract to cover maternity.

Site is in BD1 and comes with secure and free parking.

Role Summary:

The People and Culture Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of People Strategy, through provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs and the effective management of the Employee Lifecycle.

Reporting to the Executive Chairman, the People and Culture Manager will oversee the facilitation of all training and development initiatives, as well as proactively working to ensure the maintenance of employee engagement and participation incentives.
