Product Manager

This role is responsible for the planning and execution of product development.

Product Manager Responsibilities:

* Create compelling, consumer focused product that aligns to the organisation strategy.
* Drive innovation in the category to exceed the expectations of our key partners.
* Plan and executing new product development.
* Work closely with colleagues across Category, Trading, Creative and Operations to gather insight, analyse, and interpret data to define the product vision to deliver compelling product to market on time, and to financial targets.
* Work with supply chain and technical to ensure product solutions are fit for purpose and meet all brand, safety and legislation requirements.
* Understand the manufacture and procurement process, and actively challenge this to improve speed to market and return on investment.
