Spirit Care are looking for an experienced Registered Manager in Childrens Services for our client based in Bradford. The home is predominantly EBD, catering to a maximum of x4 young people. Our client is currently expanding and have plans for future homes to be opened over the next 2 years nationwide.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and motivated leader, whether you are already an established Registered Manager within Children's Services, or a Deputy Manager looking to further progress your career into a Registered Manager, we want to speak to you.

Salary and Benefits:

* £35k - £48k basic salary (dependant on experience and qualifications)
* Shared on-call duties (only 1 in every 10 weeks)
* No sleep-in's as standard
* Flexible but full-time hours
* Full autonomy to run the home as you envision it
