Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

An expanding West Yorkshire multi office law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their well-respected team.

The firm is looking to expand its property department and this is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and motivated candidate to fee earn on a variety of matters. This role creates an opportunity for the right person to grow and make the role their own. You will join a team that has excellent working relationships with all the local estate agents, surveyors and mortgage advisors.

The successful candidate will be experienced in a wide range of residential property matters including leasehold, unregistered, shared ownership and will have confidence to use the various portals for electronic submissions of searches, registrations, SDLT and mortgage administration
