Our client based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Senior Client Engagement Manager for a permanent position.

Directly reporting to the Head of Client Engagement, the Role will be required to build and nurture a core engagement team to enable effective, high level client services to support our clients. The role will require a complete understanding of our client's products/services offering in order to create a fully multi-disciplinary 'go to market' strategy and approach. A primary focus for the Role will be the ability to cross sell our client's products and services, supporting deliverables with the Head of Client Engagement and working cross-functionally with internal teams, to develop and deliver new initiatives (strategic and tactical) and to achieve business/team objectives. A key objective is to maintain and expand the client relationship to ensure client outcomes are achieved.
