The successful applicant

The successful Property Manager will be a Chartered Surveyor, having either MRICS or FRICS status. You will have strong property management skills, ideally gained in private practice, and ideally with a range of expertise across all asset classes. Supported by an excellent accounts and facilities team, you will take responsibility for rent and service charge collection, lease management and building maintenance, plus co-ordination of specialist services such as insurance procurement and statutory compliance.
