Advantage are currently recruiting for a Shop Floor Supervisor for one of our clients based in the Bradford area. This role is a temporary role with a view of going permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidate!

The working hours of this role are Monday to Friday 06:30 - 14:00 and the starting salary will be £25,000 per annum.

The duties include:
" Staff management; have an authoritative presence on the shop floor in order to manage and influence all staff under their supervision.
" Delegate to other staff members making sure deadlines are hit and daily tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
" Monitor time and attendance.
" Carry out routine quality and throughput checks.
" Work with management to set KPI's for each shift and then work to achieve them.
" Document the issuing of PPE and equipment.
" Ensure that the shop floor housekeeping is to a high standard and also a safe working environment using the 5S system and other company controls.
