My client is a well respected well established residential house builder with a decent reputation for the quality of their builds, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team to manage plots from 25 - 100 in the Yorkshire and Lancashire area.

The Role of the Site Manager

Manage all sub-contractors and direct labour.

Ensure sites are built to programme and built within timescale.

Managing all health and safety and heading up Health and safety meetings on site

Heading up subcontractor progress meetings.

Liaising with Sales staff, commercial staff, contract managers and directors

All other site management duties.

Projects are generally within an hour of Keighley.

The ideal Site Manager will:

Will be commutable to around Keighley.

Have in date SMSTS, 3-day first aid, Managers CSCS card

Have at least 3 years' experience as a site manager on residential builds.
